Unfortunately the Press, Radio and TV often just ignore news that is contrary to their particular ideological bent. or edit news to support their own particular views.
For these reasons , one should not rely on the Main Media alone in forming an opinion.Often information that is vital to the understanding of a particular situation is just not presented to the reader/viewer/listener.. Critics receive the apologetic reply that there was either insufficient time or space to cover all the news items of the day!.
